Return/Exchange Policy
If you find a flaw in the item you purchased, please contact me by convo or e-mail (pumpkinhaus@gmail.com) within 7 days from the date the item was received. I will reimburse the return shipping and the original purchase amount. If you are exchanging the item with another, the difference will be either reimbursed or charged depending on which price is higher. (When the prices of the two items are exactly the same, I will simply ship out the new item upon receipt of the damaged product.)
Please note that I cannot be responsible for damages/loss caused during shipping. Items which have been used and not in their original condition cannot be returned/exchanged.
Custom Orders
I will take custom orders if you have sizing issues as long as the materials are still available.
Payment is due at the time of order, and once payment is received, orders cannot be canceled.
As with any baby item, please use your own discretion when providing little ones with toys. Buyer assumes all responsibility.
